TERMS & CONDITIONS

The contract shall be at "Limited Carrier’s Risk" (as per the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017). The maximum liability of PARCEL RUN in respect of any one item carried under "Limited Carriers Risk" is limited to $2000 (including GST) at the time of the loss or damage.
Any unauthorized high value or high risk items will be carried "at owners risk" and PARCEL RUN will not accept any liability for such items.
All prices quoted and charged include GST.
Written notice of any claim, giving full details of any alleged loss of goods or damage must be received by PARCEL RUN within seven days after the delivery of the goods or date of despatch.
Insurance of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT TERMS

PARCEL RUN payment terms are on the 20th of the month following the date of invoice/statement.
PARCEL RUN has the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and to recoup any fees in relation to a collection agency.
