PACKAGING
Packaging. labelling and prohibited items

To avoid damage, please ensure items have enough internal and external packaging material eg. bubble wrap, paper, cardboard, packaging tape etc.

Protect sharp edges and add extra packaging for fragile items.
​
All parcels must have a clear delivery address.
Maximum dimensions for vehicle interior:
length - 1.8 metres
width - 1.2 metres
height - 1.2 metres
Maximum weight per parcel: 30kgs
Prohibited Items
Dangerous goods eg. substances that have explosive, flammable, toxic, infectious, corrosive or environmentally hazardous properties. (As per the Legislative requirements of the Land Transport Rule - Dangerous Goods 2005).
This includes packaging and empty containers that have not been cleaned after containing dangerous goods.
Also no transportation of live animals, firearms, ammunition and illegal items.
